Hot Stone Massage:
We take a classic massage and combine it with warm stones to melt tension from your muscles and de-stress your mind. A relaxing experience that is a hands-down favorite.

Swedish Massage:
Customized classic Swedish massage to your individual treatment needs. Swedish massage uses gentle, gliding strokes to soften tense and sore muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage:
Perfect for those who prefer a more therapeuctic massage that focuses on allowing tight, overused muscles to lenghen, loosing, and become more relaxed (not recommended for a first time massage)

Sports Massage:
Customized for the athlete. It is typically used before, during, and after athletic events. The purpose of the massage is to prepare the athlete for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries.

Healing and Relaxation Techniques
Reiki:
"Re" meaning wisdom, and "ki" which is life force energy combine for a truly transcendent experience which is Reiki. Light touch and non-touch techniques are applied to key energy centers of the body to promote emotional and spiritual balance and well-being.

Herbal Detox Wrap:
The wrap begins with gentlr body brushing to exfoliate the skin and stimulate the lymphatic system. You will be wrapped in a steaming herbal sheet infused with detoxifying herbs for 20 minutes while you enjoy a face and scalp massage. This is followed by a 60 minutes Swedish Massage for maximum detoxifycation.
